About ETR.TV (Formerly RPI.TV)

Recognition Television ETR.TV is a commercial streaming video service operated by Magnacom  and includes content adhering to principles of employee recognition as advocated by Recognition Professionals International (RPI). ETR.TV strongly encourages all viewers to seek membership in RPI.

Enterprise Through Recognition is the tag line for ETR.TV and is our guiding mantra. Employee Recognition is an emerging force for positive change in the workplace. Research and practical evaluation has proven that any enterprise that depends on people (is there any other kind?) will achieve greater prosperity with an effective employee recognition strategy. Energy, engagement, enrichment, empowerment, enthusiasm; These are but a few "E" words that can substitute for the word "Enterprise" in ETR.TV and regardless of the acronym, all enterprise stakeholders are the beneficiaries.

Content on ETR.TV is of value to employee recognition professionals, both Practitioners and Resource Providers.

Currently, all videos on ETR.TV have been produced by Magnacom. We welcome on-topic submissions from qualified video producers.
